Joseph is a visionary creative leader in the experience-design field, innovating visitor-centered design practices throughout all markets served by Roto. He provides strategic guidance for the company, and is deeply involved in every aspect of quality assurance and team growth. He has personally led the creation of more than a dozen new museums, and has credits on nearly 200 major exhibition and attraction projects. Joseph led the establishment of Roto Group in 2003 and is the firm's majority owner.

Kenny has over 25 years experience estimating, designing, and building interactive museum exhibits, making him integral to the leadership of the fabrication team at Roto. Equal parts project coordination and creative development, Roto’s Projects Department is staffed with expert producers, writers, exhibit developers, project managers, researchers and support staff. Engineering Department

Led by experts in museum and attraction operations, this department supports Roto’s extensive technology and R&D functions, including custom development of original electronics, control, A/V, digital media, lighting, and electromechanical systems and solutions. The Roto Engineering Department designs, tests, assembles, and deploys more than 200 custom interactive and A/V elements annually while supporting 100+ installed projects worldwide through and beyond warranty

Fabrication Department

This versatile team of builders and artists collaborate to create an enormous range of custom fabricated structures, casework, environments, themed elements, and specialty architectural features. Based in a Solidworks engineering platform, the Roto Fabrication Department builds in wood, metal, plastic, fabric and foam through shop detailing, CNC milling, assembly, upfitting, and finishing.
